about Joerg
Joerg is a certified coach and mentor focused on helping clients to successfully manage their professional transitions. Originally from Germany, his story is one of numerous personal and professional transitions.
From being a paratrooper to spending 25+ years in the healthcare industry in Germany, the US and as General Manager in Australia, Joerg's past four decades required a number of transitions. The hits as well as the misses taught him much about opportunities, hidden challenges and the benefits of preparing for new roles and environments.
Joerg's focus is on functional, geographical and company transitions. These are the three type of changes he experienced during his career and, together with the help of others, including mentors and coaches, managed to succeed. Having lived through the challenges and studied them, Joerg is in a unique position to guide clients.
He calls it MentorCoaching, a pragmatic approach helping clients succeed with their transition.
