• Nine x 60-minute coaching sessions (video, phone or in-person)

What we believe can become our reality. Over a eight-month period I will work with you to develop and deepen your personal awareness to ensure you become the confident person you know you can be.

• Twelve x 60-minute coaching sessions (in-person, video)

This unique 12-month coaching program is designed for executives who are being groomed for senior leadership roles, or who are looking to strengthen their leadership capabilities and emotional awareness. As a proven business leader, I bring unique capabilities as a trained coach and mentor to this senior level leadership program.  Using the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and other tools, participants will be able to measure the direct impact of this program on their professional and personal life.
